Where do I find the B210K podcast with Sami? I have tried to looking it and I am failing! Although at the moment only just managed just over 5km and still not in 30 minutes

I wouldn't worry. Lots of people start B210K without running 5 Km in 30 minutes, many people can run great distances but will never do so quickly enough to do 5 Km in under half an hour. If you wanted you could spend a couple of weeks consolidating your running at 5 Km and getting you time down a bit, maybe using the C25K + podcasts. Or, if you think you're running at a pace you're happy with give B210K a go

There's no rush! If you are new to running, as I suspect most of us here are, then you can't expect to be running fast yet. These things take time. So calm down and enjoy your running. Get some runs under your belt and then build up to gradually going a bit further. Sami is a bit of a slave driver, not nice and friendly like good old Laura. She's good though and kicks your butt. Bridge to 10 k is hard. It's only five weeks which is a bit full on to be honest. Don't be too hard on yourself if you have to repeat runs. I got stuff at week four for seemingly ages. I liked the music very much so I think at least that helped a lot
Thank you all for your help. I am so enjoying running it surprises those who know me! I can't download the links on my iPad so will leave to better half to sort out on PC I have no idea what pace I run at and trying not to worry as long as I am enjoying where it is taking me
