Just done week 5 run 3, has taken me a while as I've been doing each week twice as I haven't exercised since I left school, but I am so pleased I did it, wasn't very fast and haven't upped the number of miles I'm doing but just glad to be running. I'm planning on doing it once maybe twice more then moving not week 6. Wow nearly 2/3rds of the way through!!!!!!

Well done. W5 R3 is a real milestone moment. I repeated a couple of weeks and remember the dread of a non stop 20 minutes looming. How was I ever going to manage it? 20 minutes? That's like real runners.

Keep going at your own pace though, you're doing great work. Be slightly aware that W6R1 seems to catch many people by surprise a bit - after the 20 solid mins of 5/3 there is a tendency to think going back to relatively short intervals will be easy but it was harder than I thought.

well done - it's a great feeling isn't it? Don't worry about speed, just concentrate on getting through the programme which really works

happy running!

Congrats - what an achievement that is, you must be so pleased!

Slow and steady will get you there and its great that you are litening to your body Ypu/'ve got plenty of time to work on distance and speed once you've graduated, but for now you're doing the right thing in focusing on the programme, and learning to love running|! (I hope!)

Well done and keep it up!

Well done, it sounds like you are doing it right - slow and steady. Good luck with the next run.

Congratulation! I did W5R3 today too! Punched the air when I finished I was so happy to get through it in one piece. I took Laura's advice and slowed it right down and I actually really enjoyed it. Week 6 here we come!!
