Here goes....: ....tomorrow is Week 5 Run 1....I... - Couch to 5K
Here goes....
Good Luck!
Week 5 seemed quite daunting to me, especially run 3 - but honestly, stick with it, the scheme is terrifically well designed and that's why the vast majority of people have great success with it - just take it slow and steady and make sure you reach the end of all 3 runs this week!
Don't overthink it, just do as Laura tells you. W1-W4 have been preparing you for W5r1, and before you know it you'll be posting here, exhilarated from succeeding in your run.
Start slowly, and then slow up some more. It's not a race. Good luck!
good luck - you can do it , just keep a slow pace so you keep your energy. I know I found each week daunting but somehow managed to get through
Can't believe it! I t was easier than I thought it would be and went a total distance of 2.5 miles on my gps watch - my calves were playing up a bit but my knees have improved no end with a tweak to my running style. Bring it on!!!!!!!!!!
Well done! What did I tell you!!!
