Nice and early today as we decided to do it at home rather than go out in the super windy weather and risk getting blown away like Dorothy π possibly not quite as strenuous as it usually is but still got a sweat on so it's better than not doing anything at all, and I figure it's probably similar to doing it on a treadmill (at least, that's what I'm telling myself!!)
A full week of 25 minute runs under our belt, roll on next week which I can't believe is the penultimate week; 28 minute runs, we're coming to get you...!
The end is in sight π€

π it sounds big from my description but its not that big so lots of dizziness was suffered, by me! It's an extended bungalow so l the footprint is not a bad size, really
π yep, totally did it indoors. Slightly insane, probably, but rather that than not go at all as the wind round here is PRETTY bad, thanks to Storm Callum πππ
Not overly confident, tbh! π will certainly give it a good go and continue to put my faith in the program as its not let me down so far! I run with my 8 year old and for these longer runs we are struggling to find a pace that works for us both (but running outside in the dark, as a rule, means I want to keep him close, just in case!) so hopefully we can master that next week and then we'll both be happy π
