30mins walk with Laura, need to get circulation better before jogging I think, would rather finish each time on positive than in pain, so will stick with what feels ok for now. Anyone else out there doing same?

I did. I fully agree. Do only as much as you can, and appreciate that everytime you go out with Laura, even if you cant quite do what she says, you improve a tiny bit. You will get there, no matter how hard the week 1 run is for you now.
Yes c25k, but my way at present ha ha. Chuffed to bits I am now able to walk 30 mins, when I first got a treadmill 10 mins slow walk was more than enough. Mind you we have just got word hubbie is to go in for heart surgery on 10th July so hope I will still be able to find time and energy to run whilst working/driving 80 mile each way to hospita etc
80 miles each way to hospital !!! Heavens...You have obviously done some good work to improve your walking from 10 mins to 30 mins. Hope you can get from a 10 second jog to a 30 second jog at some time soon. Good luck and best wishes for your husband's surgery.
