Well W1R1 started off with me running somewhere completely different, which was nice as there were no visual cues on where I should be. Quite a hill to start which was hard. Right achillies sore and left calf tight, will I had to give the physio something to work with on thurs ;-). Q: what's the most demoralising thing your running app can tell you? A : GPS signal lost

Hi RKH. A change of route is always liberating. Hope the calf and Achilles problems don't hang around. Happy running.
