A tad warm!

W8R2 done and dusted, a rather warm affair this evening around the 20 mark (I know some will be thinking "I wish" )

Though it was a little on the warm side I still enjoyed it and even managed to pass pleasantries with other runners/cyclists and dog walkers.

For those that are interested in such things tonight I ran in splits of 7.11 kl , so am currentl running at a fairly consistent pace

Well done! I'm running 5 mins max at a time and thinking there's no way I could ever run 20!

Change that pattern of thinking now!

Other people have done it.....what makes you so special?

Lol I think if I'd been running with Lucifer as my running companion we may have been talking hours rather than minutes

I really don't know how you've coped with the temps you have

No wimped out this morning, though overslept and now it's too hot, so an early evening run for me. See if that works out - first time ever. Lucifer is not too bad he was with me at the start, so I guess I got used to him. But those times of yours are very good indeed. And joking apart passing pleasantries too, sounds like you've found a good steady rhythm that works. That's a brilliant set up for W9 and your charity run. Fab
