Had a brilliant run this morning. I actually felt like a runner. Was buzzing all day. Can't believe I have one run left till I graduate. I am so proud of myself. I have also been singing the praises of the programme to everyone and I know of at least 2 people that have started. Share the love ( of running) Roll on Friday

Great feeling isn't it! Be VERY proud of yourself... one more run tomorrow and a shiny badge awaits! Enjoy your graduation run... you've worked very hard for it...

Brilliant. I had a superb W9R2 and looked forward to my grad run, but made the mistake of doing it after work on Friday evening after a hard week. The run was a real slog and eminently forgettable, had it not been my last C25k run. I would advise setting up the circumstances for this run to be as near perfect as possible in order for it to be memorable for all the right reasons.

You have every reason to be proud, fellow runner and I hope you have a great graduation run. Good luck.

Well done. I did W9R2 this morning and, with a bit of a breeze, it felt so much better than run 1.

Well done. I can only aspire to reaching your heights - I'm only just finishing week 1! Hope for me yet....

Keep positive and you'll definately get there. I felt the same at the beginning. If someone had told me even 6 weeks ago that I would be getting up at 6.10 in the morning to fit in a run before work I would have told them their head was full of broken bottles but here I am. The early morning get ups are awful but the runs are always MUCH better at that time of day. Good luck
