Where's a tractor when you need one!!!!

Week 4 run 1 done. But boy could I have done with a tractor forcing me off the lane as it got by. I could have really done with the few seconds rest lol! It was hard but so pleased I did it.

Thanks to all of you out there who share your struggles.when I am tempted to give in because of my age,my weight and lack of fitness...I think of the posts I 've read here..Yay for us!!!!
