Sweat hasn't even dried yet but had to announce my extraordinary achievement...I completed W5 R3!

I'd be lying if i said it was easy or that I could have gone longer. I was dying at the end begging for Johnson to so much as breeeeath the words so I could walk but I held on.

Eye of the Tiger baby! Lol.

Please tell me I never have to do that again.

Fantastic work - don't forget to stretch! Hopefully on Friday this will be how I'm feeling too :D

Well done!

Sounds like you might have gone a touch too fast, given your struggle at the end.

But trust me, it really wasn't a miracle... Your body was made ready for it by the preceding 14 runs you've done. It all makes perfect sense.

Remember... it's a 9 week program, with the objective to hit 30 mins, 3 times in Week 9. Today's run should give you a big confidence boost.

You've got 3 weeks left, so thinking about how you might get to 30 minutes... nothing should faze or surprise you.

Enjoy W6R3 ;-)

Hahaha. Week 6 run 3 is 25 mins. It’s actually my next run and to say I’m nervous is an understatement. But I’m guessing if we follow the plan then we can do it.

You completed W5R3 and you now have an extra 28 minutes of running in your legs.

Just remember: every run you've done prepares you for the next one.

W6R3 shouldn't concern you at all ... you'll be fine. Just start slowly :-)

Do it :-)

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Yeh! You did it! Well done and yes I think you will have to do it again...next week!

I crawled through that run and thought I wouldn’t make it to the next run but was pleasantly surprised. I’m now on week 8 with run 2 tomorrow and managing 28 minutes running which I never believed I could do so anything is possible. Be proud!
