After being unable to complete w8r2 last week, I ran it again and completed it. I then run r3 and also failed to complete it. After have a 3 day break, I got up (reluctantly) at 6.00am, made sure I was hydrated, warmed up properly and off I went. In truth I wanted to give up before I left the house and told myself I could drop back to week 7 if I couldn't do it. However, mind over matter kicked in and I done it. For the first time ever, I could have carried on, W9 here I come.

Oh well done you. That’s true grit there have been so many times I could have given up too. Now I’ve graduated it’s even more tempting as there are no real goals no graduation to aim for. So I will have to give myself some serious talking to.
Fab nearly there 🏁👏I always have a couple of rest days before stepping up a run 🐌🏃♀️It takes effort to find your inner snail and sych him up for it 🤣 that graduation club is hopefully going to remain busy 🤞
Fantastic, well done!! Nothing wrong with taking longer breaks between runs if that's what your body needs 🙂 The lower temperatures this week should also help with these longer runs. Good luck with week 9. So very close now, you can totally do this! 👍💪🏃♀️🏃♂️
