Woohoo! W9R3 done!!!

I've only gone and done it!!! Just got back from w9r3. It has taken me 10weeks all in all due to pesky cold last week. I was so annoyed as stayed on target right up to and of week 8 but never mind graduation day today!! I decided to carry on after the half hour to reach the full 5k and that was only 57more...30mins 57seconds woohoo!!!

Thank you, I had no idea I was going to do that kind of time, w9r2 was 4.5km in 30mins. Still getting over cold but just went for it. So sub 30 is in my sights. What to do now? Don't know where to try those other podcasts to help stride lengths and speed etc or bridge to 10k??
