First run of week 3 Completed. Found the increase from 1.5 mins to 3 mins easier than the week before's 1 min to 1.5 min. First 3 mins was all uphill so not sure that was a great idea. Have found some nice 5K saturday morning runs. and parkrun.org.uk/ so this is now the aim.

It's good to have a goal beyond the programme. Take it steady, obey Laura and, you'll be ripping Parkrun in no time.

Whoop whoop! I did W3R1 last night and was expecting the worse! But I did it and survived! Was really pleased. I'd thought OMG how can you go from 90 seconds to 3 minutes! Well pleased! We can do this! Good luck.
