Well done to you. Keep going and your stamina will increase. I have just completed week 7 and still can't believe I am running for 25 minutes. Good luck.

It’s funny I saw a lady run past me, actually she glided past with these beautiful long strides and I thought, look at this granny pace of mine compared 🤣🤣🤣🤣
