Just back on from my 1st W3 run! Thanks to the slow running advice, 3 minutes was easy! 1st run in this park - definitely a great location (as it’s all flat! Not sure I’m ready for hills πŸ˜‚)

I am loving it! 😊

Me again 😊😊. I did the C25K last year πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ. It’s a great feeling when you complete it, which I’m sure you will. They are a great bunch in that forum and have loads of advice and tips to make it doable. Good luck πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ˜Š

Thanks! When you say β€œthat forum” does that mean it’s a different forum to this one?

No it’s just that I replied to you earlier on Tuesday Trimmers... which is also supportive. .... the c25k forum/ community is the one I was referring to 😊

You should come to the Norfolk Fens where I live! We only have flat roads πŸ˜‚

Where I live, there are hills everywhere.

I'm envious!

There are no flat routes round my way. Even the local canal has a series of locks.

Even when I did Week 3 Run 2 near my parents' place in NW Wales (back in July) there was no perfectly flat route. The gentle inclines were difficult for me back then. The various rules mean I've not been allowed back since, so I've no idea how I'd cope with them now.

I’d be the same! I seem to be very good at hunting out a flat road πŸ˜‚
