Due to other stuff happening I haven't been able to get out for my 2nd run of week 5! Will go tomorrow...does it really matter in the big scheme of things?
Does it matter if I leave 3 days (gulp)! Betwe... - Couch to 5K
Does it matter if I leave 3 days (gulp)! Between runs?

No, it doesn't. In fact you may even find the break is beneficial xxx
Nah, you'll be fine..

I always leave at least 2 and sometimes 3. My 'weeks' were/are often 10-12 days long.
An extra rest day or three will not make a scrap of difference. If anything, you will come back feeling fitter and more refreshed for the extra time off. Good luck with your next run and best wishes.

I don't think so - I've gone up to 5 days in between runs before now, when life gets hectic. As you say in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter - you're still getting off the couch!
i often have quite a few extra days or only 2 runs in a week and it seems fine!
