I normally run every other day. Have just arrived for a short break in a holiday home, brought my running stuff. This place is extremely hilly and struggling to find anywhere flat to run.
If I don’t run for 4/5 days will it spoil what I have built up?
I’m about to start week 6.

Don't stress. Go for a few walks but don't punish yourself by trying to run up and down hills. You'll be building up stamina anyway. You'll be in great shape to start W6 when you get back. Well at least that all sounds plausible from someone in W3
Thank you. We will be walking a lot as have our dogs with us. Just didn’t want to undo all my hard work. Just about to go out now so may find some flat land somewhere! Good luck with the programme 👍
I'm loving every minute of it tbh. Tho maybe not while I'm actually out there lol. You'll be as keen as mustard by the time you're back and nail the next week!!
