Am on WK 7 R 3 next time I run, but can't get out for 4 days. Worried it's too long and will undo all my good work to date. Thanks

You could go two weeks without a run and not lose any fitness... 4 days is fine. You’ll actually come back fresh and a little stronger.
Yes you’ll be absolutely fine I think KD you’re super strong now! 4 days should be no problem at all. I hope you’re well 😀💚

Thanks TS! Still not enjoying it though - hope that will come soon 😁. Had a stomach problem that prevented the planned run today sonjemce the delay to my final WK 7 run. You're going great guns! Well done 😁😁

I'd say it's fine..I did ... And do. Took me about 4 months to complete C25K. Good luck! And happy running
