They won't be getting any easier. But you'll be running further and further, without things getting noticeably harder. With week 7 out of the way, you're over the hard bit. You have become a runner! Now it's jut a matter of adding a few minutes each of the reaming weeks, and then you're done.

Well done to you. You can do the last bits as well!

More of the same - long runs!

My tip - keep it slow and steady. You can get faster later, but at the moment the aim is to build up your stamina.

I didn't look ahead, I think it's a bad idea. Just do each run as it comes. If I recall correctly I think it's plain sailing from here on in. Just take it STEADY, just gentle jogging remember, and you'll reach run 3 week 9 in no time

Good luck. Enjoy these last remaining runs

Nearly there, just running a bit longer now each week - you can do it.

And no, it doesn't feel any easier I'm afraid because you are doing more week by week. Some days will feel great, but others will feel like a real grind. However, good or bad, you will feel such a sense of achievement that you will be an addict like the rest of us. Good luck

Well done on finishing week 7. Week 8 is not so very different - the running bit increases to 28 minutes now. You can see graduation getting closer so just keep the runs slow and steady and you will be fine. Good luck with week 8 and best wishes.

I just finished week 7 today too. Looking forward to week 8 although I don't want to wish my last two weeks away because while I'll be glad to graduate, I'll also be sad in a way because I've loved doing these runs each week!

Congratulations to you too. It's a great feeling isn't it. Don't know about you but when I started I couldn't ever imagine running non stop for 25 mins and now I can. I feel great about it. Gives me a real boost. I'm on anti depressants too and I'd like to think I'll be off them soon. Gives me a high. I'll be sad she the weeks are over too but there Re other podcasts with Laura I think. Keep running and well done
