I'm getting there, my balance is much better and at least I can hear a bit in one ear. Seeing the doc again tomorrow too. :-)

Great to hear the steady kiss of feet as they approach the podium.

Nice and slow. Rest days.

Me and my mates ride motorbikes and we always say to each other when we are out on a ride ...’the last 20 minutes’.

In other words you have been out all day loving it and as you are nearly home the mind wanders as you think about getting in, bike gear off, food etc and then bang!!!!!....you are sprawled across the road.

So you are now in your last 20 minutes.

Stay focused. Follow the program as if you were still in W3R1.

Keep the same pace.

Do the same stretches.

Don’t get injured now.

Last 20 minutes.....enjoy the ride through to the end.
