greetings all hm training report so far this week ive done a 5k and run 9 miles on friday1hr.08 so that leaves a cheeky 13.2 for today its now six and ive been up since 5 so i can eat thank god ive got 3 more of these left before the event by the time i get to it i would have done 100 mile s in long run s thats not even counting the runs in the week with them i would think about 200 miles enough moaning it looks a nice day and the weather is good and im feeling up for this will report in later happy running all

Oh thanks for asking.. Yes did speed on tues and Parkrun sat.. Big one tomorrow.. 24k... Hip much better... Thanks Moger :)
