Today I phoned 999 and asked for the coast guard. Whilst running run 3of wk 4 I saw an orange flare go up from a few miles out at sea! Huge plumes of smoke too. Phoned coast guard.

Three points to report

999 services are just amazing and brilliant.

No lives in danger...just naval manoeuvres.

All happened during last minute of last 5 min run so finished week 4.

What an exiting run and you were able to help someone in distress .

For me it was at parkrun and a deer ran right across in front of me😊🦌🦌

Now tears scarry. I've only had that happen whilst driving! They're enormous.

Oooer, exciting, and well done for responding - it could have been more serious! Most excitement I’ve had is dodging loose dogs and children 😉

Know what you mean. Love dogs but I do get nervous when running by dogs off lead and away from owners. ...
