Are parkrun times for NHS C25K runners still put on here?

I remember seeing some time ago that someone posted times on for those who did parkruns today. Does that still happen? Would be interested to see how others who did this program got on. Thanks.

They normally get posted here on Tuesdays, as far as I remember.

I must admit I haven't seen them either recently, you do have to log your club though

My wife and I did our first Parkrun yesterday in Victoria Park, Glasgow. We crossed the line together because we have supported each other from week 1 run 1. Our time was a lot better than I had anticipated : 31 mins 44 secs. I finished 6th in my age category (out of ...er... 6) and we were both very proud to see NHS Couch to 5k next to our names on the Parkrun results page. That would be great if we could see how other graduates of the programme are doing in Parkruns. I'll look out of this on Tuesday.

Well done. I'd love to get close to that time so will keep trying! I managed 33:56 and was 493 out of 527! Really not bothered where I finish, just hoping to improve my times.

Hi there :)

I have only done parkrun twice and both times finished around 35 min mark. I'm 36 . I could hold a light conversation if that helps. I think times of 35 min- 40 min seem ok at first but a lot depends on your age, sex etc. Take a look at the results page of your local parkrun to get an iea. It might have an effect if the course is flat, hilly etc. TBut buby lookit the actual rrsults will show you what times are. Also just

enjoy it, I find it is a great atmosphere . I put off going for ages but looking back I shouldn't have

Thanks. It is good to see the NHS Couch to 5k name on the Consolidated Club results page. I gather that the Parkrun website allows you to keep track of your times from week to week. I also filled in some details for a 'Freedom Run' but I really have no idea what this is. What about the more experienced Parkrun folks. Any ideas what this is?
