Just finished Run 2. Ran a little faster than last time as son didn't come with me so covered 3.7km in the 28 minutes. Really pleased but a little tired and legs aching.

Can I suggest you stretch post run after your cool down walk. It will really help with the soreness you are likely to experience in weeks 2 and 3. It would be good if you made stretching afterwards part of your routine.

Well done on starting the plan and doing your 2nd run. The benefits are amazing xxx
