Well done on completing w7r1. It's my next run and, oh yes,I certainly do run slowly. I'll worry about speed when I've graduated, until then I'm only interested in endurance (but then again, I am ancient.) x

Oh, absolutely. Very slowly! That's the whole focus of the programme, slow and steady and increase the amount of time you can run each week until you are doing 30 minutes at graduation. Well done for getting the first run of week 7 out of the way. Good luck with your next run and best wishes.

Aren't you a lovely lot. I've only just discovered this forum and it's great. Great to hear that slow us good. I know the podcast reminds us to take it slowly but I think people could over take me just by walking quickly

Oh yes I'm a slow one! But have got a bit faster since graduating and just enjoying being out running. Good luck with the running, you will be graduating soon! x

Definitely slow, especially on hills and rough ground (scared of injury !)
