I was eating soooo much rubbish when I started this but I did start drinking 2 litres of water a day and that has really helped me cut down. Good luck and well done on completing Week 2 x

Well if you wish to stop eating rubbish Fitgirltobe stop eating it and live up to your username.

Well done on completing week 2, onwards and upwards to week 3. Remember what you said in your last sentence. 😊

No harm in that Fitgirltobe, you have the correct attitude to exercise and a healthy diet, I am of normal height and weight for my age but occasionally I have a pizza and go to Burger King once in every three weeks. As long as you don't eat junk food and takeaways every day which you don't you should find C25K not to hard, just keep to the program and you will be OK. 😊 πŸƒ

Nah I have two boys to feed so its all cooked from scratch and ive cut alot of meat out too. Lots of beans and lentils now. Cut 99% fizzy drinks out. Cut snacking out during the day but it's just on the evening. Its a naughty habit but I don't believe in diets I think healthy eating and exercise all the way but chocolate calls me πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ I don't feel right pouring Cadbury out of business... all them jobs lol

Well done you hopefully I will be joining your excitement today ( if I finish my W2R3) as for the junk food - I think as your body is burning more from the run you need to look at alternative fuels before hand so you don’t go for the sweet stuff afterwards- well that’s my plan next week anyhow - good luck with W3 x

Yep same here regarding eating rubbish! I've just completed week 4 and feel fitter and happier. It's motivating me to carry on with the running and lose weight. Well done and keep going. I'm 59 and determined to be fitter in my 60's than my 50's! πŸ˜€
