Hi all! I have been reading for 2 or 3 weeks all the posts, this is a great community! My name is Ana, English is not my native language, so… sorry about mistakes and language problems but I want to join you anyway!

I´m moving today, to a new house, this is the reason for my “only reading” for the last weeks, lots of work. I used to walk/jog the 10K some years ago, then I stopped, now I want to re start.

I hope I will arrange my things and I will start the program next Sunday, it will be my W1R1!!. Winter coming here, but I ´ve got a treadmill and my new house in near a park... so no excuses.

Thanks in advance for all the support, been reading your comments gave me the courage to decide myself to start.
