Did my week 8 run 3 yesterday so I'm looking at run 1 week 9 tomorrow. I'm looking forward to the 30 minute run (did I just say that!?) My running buddy has headed back to the UK today so I shall be running solo again. I'm quite looking forward to the added challenge of keeping going on my own. Especially as I've started logging my runs on Cyclemetre. It just adds another dimension for me.
I'm still in the zone of not being able to believe its me out there running. And enjoying it too! It really has become my latest love. Who'd of thought!
Good luck to everyone on their last week too.
Feeling excited!

Good luck! Hope it goes well for you. I will be starting week 7 tonight but really want to just rush straight into week 9 - I know that I can't and I need to stick to the plan but I understand the looking forward to running for 30 minutes lol!
Enjoy week 7. It will romp along for you now. It's so tempting to do more isn't it! I know I was itching to run further. I listened to the wise words on here and reined much enthusiasm in! Best of luck to you too.
Golly - each week twice!! I don't know about old and overweight, more like mega energy and super fit! Hope you enjoy the last few weeks as much as I have been and best of luck for YOUR graduation week!
Ha ha - yes, I am feeling chirpy. This running lark has given me a new lease of life. I feel alive! (Except when I crumple on the floor in a quivering wreck at the end of the long runs! lol) I feel fantastic.
Thanks Ully - it's amazing how something that's free can be so addictive! It was there all the time, just waiting to be discovered and set free!.
Well done on completing week 8 - and tomorrow the start of what will be a very important week for you. I did the W9R1 this morning and it's quite tough but I did it. Good luck for your first run of, what is, graduation week. Best wishes.
Thanks fitmo. That extra two minutes will no doubt seem like an eternity, but I'm pleased to hear you made it! Good luck for your week too - just two more runs and we will be seeing the magic words next to YOUR name.
