After all of your wonderful advice I have decided to move on from this week and crack on with Week 9 on Monday. I'm going to stick to the routes I know, go steady and graduate on Friday. I WILL NOT let last week put me off and I shall be stronger than ever and if I have to slow down or do a 30 second walk in the middle then so be it! I'm still running, have never run before in my life and I'm loving it!
I'm really looking forward to getting to the end and saying 'I'm a runner'!
Thanks for all your support, watch this space!!!!!

Good luck Elsie I reckon you 'll be fine! Been good reading about yours and sauls journeys, you've both done amazingly well and looking forward to those graduation posts 😆
Looking at the programme I think anyone who has finished week 7 can call themselves a runner. Running consistently over 20 minutes makes a runner in my book. And really anyone who has got off the couch and run at all is already a runner in their head. Have a great running week!
I really WANT you to graduate Elsie, and you will. Week 9 came round fast, didn't it? It is really just a matter of a couple of minutes extra at this stage and you know you can do that. Enjoy it.
