Well done. It's great doing that run. Onwards to week 6 for both of us

Well done on completing Week 5. I am going to wish you well for week 6 but with a proviso........treat W6 with respect and be aware that it is a lot tougher than it may seem. Because you are back to intervals for the first two runs it's easy to get caught out - lots of people do. Go very slow and steady, don't burn yourself out in the first few minutes. Good luck and best wishes.

thank you Im expecting week 6 to be tough and yes I do find intervals tougher and as for speed...no fear of me ever running fast Im happy to plod along and get used to running the distance before moving on to distance & speed :)

Thank you both, such a fantastic feeling, running really is my nemesis and I never thought I could run for 20mins lets alone 28!

Im looking forward to week 6 and the longer runs :)
