Knowing I have done the app before is some reassurance that I can do it again. Well that was the first big hurdle of this second time around completed. The first big 20 min run completed and still here after completing it. Over the half way stage now five weeks down and four to go. This will be done in my good time and when the mind and weather is ready to accept it. Getting back to running for at least 30 mins is now on the horizon and the competing again at Parkrun instead of just volunteering will soon be programmed. I hope everyone out there is ok and healthy and able to run still. This Pap is coming back.

Of course the pap is coming back, well done on once again completing run 3 of week 5, I assume that you found it a little easier than the first time you ran it, onwards and upwards to week 6, so it won't be long before you regraduate in four weeks time . 😊 🏃🏾

Let’s say I got there had been finding most of the rerun of C25K a little easier second time round and the reason I restarted as I was struggling to run nonstop over distances I could previously do with my eyes closed. So to get up to 20 mins was a bit of a milestone so happy with the result.

I've got that run later this week and I'm really nervous about it, so I'm really happy to see that you've done it 😁🌈 Well done!!

you will be fine, just follow the app. If doing the first time round I would run slow and if you can run even slower. My running first time round I am sure was slower than my walking initially the aim is to get you running for a long period it’s not concerned with the speed you are doing. You can do this. Good luck
