W5r3 completed.. What happened there then.!?

From w5r2 8 min runs to 20mins.!!

I thought Laura had been on the wine when she said 20 mins of running.!!

But, managed it so, Happydayz.. Very pleased to get to the stage where I'm running for twenty minutes. Wonder now what Laura has got in store for the next three weeks.?

It could be a divorce if she keeps pulling stunts like that.. Haha

Well done! I completed W5 R3 yesterday and when Laura told me I had been running for 5 minutes I thought is was a wind up! However, I carried on and finished and felt great (well kind of) - treated myself to a creme egg as a reward. Think I am looking forward to Week 6 :-)

Stay off the cream eggs and you'll soon be running like Mo!

Well done! I did week 5, run 3 on Sunday and did think it sounded like it would be too much. Couldn't believe it when she said I'd run 5 minutes, it had felt like 10! Looking forward to but nervous about week 6!

Well done. It happened because you put in the work and trained up ready for it. Enjoy your success but remember to treat week 6 with respect because it's tougher than it might at first appear. Keep it slow and steady though and you will get there. Good luck and best wishes.
