Managed to complete Week 9 Run 3 this morning after a bit of a hiccup on Friday - what a great feeling.

Here's to anyone else about to do their graduation run - and to everyone else either doing or who have completed the program - it works and it's brilliant isn't it!

Thanks no-excuse. I plan to run one the first Saturday after Easter, going to get a few more 30 minute runs under my belt to build up confidence a bit before I unleash myself on the public :-)

Thanks Fitmo. I'm really enjoying this running lark and I will be off in the morning to repeat the 30 minute run then gradually build up to do a park run after Easter. Good luck with week 8 by the way.
