Did the run....no worries. Walked for ten minutes more after second run then ran again lol. Did 5.4 k total and ran 26 mins of the 51 mins. Fab

You are not following the plan then
Run 2: a brisk 5-minute walk, then 8 minutes of running, 5 minutes of walking and 8 minutes of running.
On here, the advice you will get is to follow the plan and take care... the IC is a lonely place

Good, i do find it difficult and I get the aches and pains but know deep down it’s all worth it. Not only for physical but mental health.
I know a lot of people go on to do 10k but as long as we just keep running I’m sure that will be just fine 😁
This year has really pushed me to lose weight and get fit. Two and a half stone lighter. Getting fitter. No alcohol. And mentally feeling much more positive.
