Week 4 R 3 - better late than never

I had planned to complete week 4 on Monday but due to work pressures I didn't manage until today.

I was a bit worried that losing a whole week might mean loss of momentum but I managed to finish in much the same state as the previous runs of week 4 so no harm done.

Roll on week 5 - I think!

Nice one John. Week 5 is the Daddy Week with the third run being a full 20 minutes - but don't worry because the genius of this carefully worked out program is that you WILL be ready for it. Good luck with Week 5 and GODSPEED!

Well done on completing the week. Don't think too much about run 3, the previous two runs do really help you build up to it (plus the 4 weeks you've already done :-)).

Thanks everyone. I must say 20 minutes sounds pretty daunting. Although so far everything has been doable so I guess it's as you say danzargo, there is a cunning plan behind all this.

How are you doing gingerbreadman? Presumably well into week 5 now?

Well done on completing week 4. Sometimes life gets in the way and we just have to be patient for a few days. You will find week 5 interesting as the runs do get longer so it keeps you alert. Don't worry about R3 - it's definitely achievable. Good luck with week 5 and best wishes.
