This is third time I have attempted c25k and always about this time I run out of belief. I have done every run so far including the 20 mins in wk 5, but this wk been hard and really lacking confidence that I can run for 25 mins today.

You really need to believe in yourself, and the program, more. Scores of us have been at the same point, worrying how we're going to get past WkK5 run 3 and Wk6 run 3, but when we actually did it we both found it easier than we expected, and had a huge sense of achievement.
I know it seems hard, a lot people struggle with Wk6 after completing Wk5, but trust Laura - you can do it!

yonda has got it right - You do need self belief and once you have that you will make huge leaps forward in the programme. The programme is very well structured and as long as you have completed all the runs so far you will be fine moving up to the next level.
A lot of this programme depends on mind over matter. Why not give it a go? The very worst thing that can happen is that you have to stop before the end. So what? Tomorrow's another day!
Try not to look at the weeks ahead or you may scare yourself, demolish your confidence and not give yourself the opportunity to shine!
Go on, give it a go - and you never know you may well surprise yourself with a decent run. THEN how good will you feel!
YOU CAN DO THIS!
This programme is a significant thing that you are doing - it's meant to be hard because you are tackling life changing behaviour. But it is SO worthwhile because you are in for some deeply satisfying acheivements.

Did it! I consciously ran a bit slower than usual and just tried not to think too much! Was pleasantly surprised how well I felt after 20 mins. Mind you I was happy when Laura said to stop!

Week 6 is felt by many to be the hardest week. You have now got that behind you and you are pretty much on the home straight now. Just think, you are now two thirds of the way through the programme and proved that you can stick with it. Good luck with week 7, best wishes.
