Week 7 completed today after a couple of days enforced break. During the second run on Saturday I'd picked up a muscle pain in the leg which I thought might be sciatica related. It was slightly better on Sunday so instead of the bike ride I went for a long steady walk and this cleared the pain, which is good. Gave it a complete rest on Monday then finished Week 7 today. The rest must have done some good as I ran further in the 25 minutes than before and it was much easier running. Feeling good.
