I'm lucky if I get to 3km including the walks at the start and finish. I must be going very slowly!

Congratulations I was only at just over 3k at graduation Don't worry about time yet You can run for 30 mins and if you want you can try and get faster in weeks/ months to come . I graduated last nov and my fastest 5k is 33.49 which I am really happy with To be honest don't ever see me getting under 30 mins but 6 months ago I struggled to run for 30 secs ! Happy running

Congratulations! By my current standards, a running time of 30 mins is an outstanding achievement I hope to manage. Well done x

Thanks! I think the support you get from this site is great. It does encourage you to be active regardless of what level of fitness you have.

Well done!! and don't worry running for 30 mins was the goal really. I found that the subsequent week by adding the extra 5 mins (when Laura tells you to walk) you be surprised how much nearer to the 5k you will be. In the meantime enjoy your wonderful achievement! x

Well done janet! I'm nowhere near five K yet either but that will come. You've still achieved something great. Onwards and upwards!

Hi there. I am at the end of week 8 and am nowherw near 5k either. I was feeling a bit disappointed with this so glad t learn i am not on my own with this. I suppose if we persevere we will get there in the end.

Well done and congratulations. Best wishes.
