Now is it just me or did others who have already done this freak out when they noticed a jump from 8 minutes to 20! I’m sure it’s doable and I have every faith in the programme but OMG!!!! I will be doing this on Saturday and looking forward to it already
Week five run 3 is looming!: Now is it just me... - Couch to 5K
I should have done W5R3 last weekend, but I had guests to visit for a long weekend and couldn't get out for a run. I resumed the routine today, but wasn't sure jumping straight in to the big W5R3 run after almost a week's break was such a good plan, so repeated W5R2 (not procrastinating, honest!). No more excuses now, though, so it's the big one next for me.
