I just did this one this morning.... You will be fine just remember... If you need to slow down do it, get your breath sorted and you my dear will smash it, I was so anxious this morning before the run started hitting a wall just passed 10 mins but recovered... I think you’ve sussed this - you need to train your mind as much as your body. You KNOW you can do this as so many of us have tested it for you 😆. Get your mind in gear and you’ll smash it.
Well done! That is the landmark one that proves it's all coming together. Try not to let the return to intervals next week trip you up. On the plus side, they are the last two interval runs of the plan.
