Week 3 Run 1 - done!

After doing week 2 three times with very long breaks in between, I have finally embarked on W3R1 this afternoon. I really enjoyed it. My legs got a bit heavy about half way through but then I got my second wind and completed the run. My legs started to return to normal on the warm down walk and I'm feeling really good this evening. Next run on Monday.
