Hi Moger. That is an impressive time. Were you a non-runner when you started C25K in September? And are you running every day with no rest days now?

Moger, great post - really gives me the incentive to push on after C25k. Just finished W9R2, can I ask what program you followed after C25k? I would also like tackle 10k but need a little advice

Fantastic! Would like to be able to do that but I've never been fast just good at distance. last time I did this I was doing 6 miles in just over an hour. (late for work and the car was in the garage) Nothing like motivation!
