W4R1 and 5k in 27:30 Woo Hoo !

Went out this morning on the 1st run of W4 hoping to cover more than 5k in the time and woo hoo managed 5.31k with the 1st 5k done in 27:30 dead. I feel very chuffed as I set myself a target of 5k in 25m by end of W9. I feel as if I am well on my way...

Thanks JuicyJu. I seem to be able to nip along for 3-5 minutes OK. Not sure I will ever run anything approaching the distances you and your boy are doing though...
