Woo hoo!! Week 1 done & dusted!

Yay! Completed the 3rd run this morning. Meant to do it yesterday but succumbed to a few beers while watching the rugby on the telly :-( so decided to go 1st thing this morning to both get it done and to try and stay on the straight and narrow with the diet for the rest of the day as well! It was hard but certainly do-able, and there was no way I would have dipped out of the last couple of runs come what may when the end was in sight!

Really pleased to have finished it and to step up to week 2. Thanks for everyone's support and advice - it definitely helps.

Thanks Phil - actually looking forward to it (remind me of that when I post next time saying I'm on all fours and gasping for breath!)

Well done. IMO wk 1 was the hardest with so many intervals I think you will find wk 2 much better. Good luck!!!

I think W1 is definitely the hardest so great that you've completed it and good luck with the rest of Couch to 5K.
