I can't believe I've done it. I'm still only running 3.5k not the full 5 but that's the next challenge. I honestly never believed I would ever be able to run for 30 mins straight yet here I am do you have to run 5k to officially graduate?

I don't think there is one for November yet, I'll keep checking
Not ready yet, only first of the month, keep checking Jue, it's up to you but if October's pinned post is there you could tell them on that one but I think you should wait until they have November's up.
Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
I want to do a park run, but work every Saturday. I've got a rare weekend off towards the end of this month though so I may go for it! Whatever happens I've definitely caught the running bug, gone from hating it (the one minute runs on week one I think were the worst of all ) to absolutely loving getting out in the fresh air and being constantly surprised by what my body is capable of. I'm so glad I stuck it out and had faith in the program! Thank you for the link to the post, very helpful
Congratulations!
Well done 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Well done Jue 👐🏻👐🏻🏅. I’m only 2 runs behind you and can’t wait!
Well done you, feels good doesn’t it
