Nice 30mins run this morning. Downloaded RockMyRun yesterday, 30mins rock music at 128bpm. I will try another one when in York round the race course on Friday, weather permitted.Still on my own Barry still not feeling up to running .Busy day today off for shower now . Pat

Hope Barry feels a bit better, Glad you had a nice run. I have just had a look at rockmyrun and downloaded it, it looks very interesting. Have fun in York, my dad lives near there and says

the weather is picking up a bit but cold so remember to take a buff or something.

Hi I had Endomondo running for my time and distance and listened to RockMyRun, but don't know about podcast, sorry Pat

Oh Pat, well done! Sorry that you had to do it solo but hope that the effects of Barry's radiotherapy will be wearing off in a few weeks. It's a pity that you can't hurry these things up somehow! RockMyRun sounds fun! Enjoy York.
