after managing the w5 20 minute run twice ( thurs and sat) i thought today was going to be easier going back to walk breaks but i found it very difficult , i finished the run bt oh so easily could have not done if it wasnt for ALL of you guys here , i keep reading "you may run alone but your not on your own" and thats what i was saying to myself to get my legs back , breathing was okay just sore inner knee and heavy legs today ! i was also thinking about what it would be like to run nude for 30 minutes ;o but thats because my mind wandered cos ive got new running tights on that feel like im wearing nothing !!
w6r1.. "not on my own" mantra helped :) - Couch to 5K

Ah the dreaded week 6 still you did it and if you let your mind wander you sometimes forget how quickly time goes buy
W6r1 done, well done secksy34.
Hmmm, running nude (as opposed to naked, which we normally mean without headphones or gadgets). You'll want to take a look at this charity run, then:
Great run, well done 👍🏼🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️
This one got me too. I think our minds see the broken run/ walks and think that it is easy compared to a solid block of running. Which is probably why we feel such a great sense of achievement completing W5R3, as we just don't realise just how much we have been running up to this point.
The fact is with the running and walking it is the longest, continuous complete session any of us have done to reach this stage.
We underestimate W6R1 at our peril. I understand this is a common problem you will see, if you have time to trawl through old posts.
W6R2 tomorrow for me and I will prepare to push myself, as I have done before each week, as this one is longer still.
Lots of us run naked.. ( but that just means without any audio)
Well done you... Irish-John knows what he is talking about... we never run anywhere, without a whole gang of us around
