I am still here and running

My fourth run after graduation with my running partner no pressure just 30mins no great distance or speed just consolidation. Went back to the Country Park not so muddy this time but it makes a change instead of pounding my streets around where I live. Good luck to all that are running C25K believe in it it is achievable. Might get one more run in before the funeral on Monday.

Great time Papillon and achieved so quickly and even without the lovely Laura. All the best for Monday, saying goodbye is hard, but more so when its our Mums, they are very special. 💔

Thanks lexi6 it will be hard but she is out of pain and it was relatively quick from diagnosis to the end which we all wanted for her.

Very much so. Just a nightmare with all the sorting out to be done. Will dive in to that once the funeral is out the way.
