I keep losing my posts on here! I posted Monday having finished the programme and was motivated by some of you to do park run. Thank you! I did my first park run yesterday in 34 mins 31. A pb for me:) can feel the park run addiction starting. Is it Saturday yet?..:)

I've downloaded the C25K+ podcasts and finding them quite good just for motivation and am still gettin out there about 3times a week. Tho just going down with a chesty cough so hopefully i won't be too bad!

Thanks Helen - i might attempt the podcasts. Did 5k tonight, was a struggle. Shorter run planned for Thursday then parkrun on Saturday. Will see how this goes and get downloading! Hope you don't get too ill and fend off the infection.

Fantastic time and great to hear you enjoyed your first parkrun. I am planning on going to my first one on 1st march. Usually have yoga on a Saturday morning but not on the 1st. I am hoping to be motivated to go a bit faster running with others too. Wish me luck!
