First Park run

Yesterday I took part in my first Park run! I almost managed to run the entire thing (there was about 2 mins of walking) and I managed to finish with a time of 33mins37, which was less than 1 minute behind my incredibly experienced runner friend who has done half marathons 😀 Feeling really good! I've got the bug and plan to do Park run again next weekend 😀
